Timothy Girard has spent much of his life traveling to countries around the world, building relationships and growing his industrial business. Along the way, he experienced a wide range of cultures, but it was the South American style of cooking—beef over open flame—that truly captured his imagination.

Reservation Seating Policy

We always do our best to accommodate seating requests, including preferences for indoor or outdoor dining. Please note that when we mention “requests,” we are referring to the Special Request text box used when making a reservation online. Specific areas cannot be guaranteed, and due to high demand, outdoor seating may not be available at the time of your reservation.

A table will be ready for you at your reserved time, and we will do our best to honor your request. If your preferred area is unavailable upon arrival, you are welcome to join our waitlist for that dining section.
